    Remington College Culinary Arts Associate’s Degree

    From 2005 to 2013, Remington College proudly offered a Culinary Arts associate’s degree program at our campus in Dallas, TX. Headed by Executive Chef Robert Bifulco, known to students and faculty as “Chef B.,” the program became well-known in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area by participating in food challenges, chocolate fests, and more.

  • Earn a Pastry Arts Diploma in as Few as Nine Months

    Our diploma in Pastry Arts is offered at the Remington College Dallas Culinary Arts facilities and all Pastry Arts students will have access to our on-campus commercial kitchens, fully-equipped instructional labs, and professional pastry arts tools and equipment.

    As a student in our Pastry Arts diploma program you will study: 

    • The creation of artisan breads and rolls.
    • Baking methodology and confectionary art.
    • Pastry production with specific focus on cakes, icing, cookies, and tarts.
