Hands-On Beauty School Training in Cleveland
Our Cleveland Cosmetology school is known as the Salon at Remington and features seven practical/theory labs, along with four classrooms located in the annex of our main campus facilities.
You start your training in the Salon when you begin our 12-month college diploma program.(2) About 30 students at a time work in this professional learning environment, with one floor manager and at least three instructors supervising your efforts as you serve clients!
You’ll train in every aspect of cosmetology at our Cleveland school, including facials, haircutting, hairstyling, manicuring, pedicuring, and all types of artificial nail applications.
Learning how to work with and provide beauty services to real clients is a great way for you to learn the profession and prepare for your state board exams.(1)
During your hair and beauty school training, you get to use the following tools, equipment, and product brands:
- Matrix® shampoos, conditioners, wet and dry hairstyling tools, and all aspects and types of haircoloring products.
- Hot Tools® and BaByliss® appliances, including flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers.
- OPI® natural and artificial nail care products.
- Pevonia® skin care products.
- And more!
You may also enjoy working on projects like developing a simulated business and construction plan for a salon.
Our goal is to prepare you with practical skills and theoretical knowledge that can help you take on the transition from student to professional with confidence.(1)
