Microsoft Certification Courses:
CN1176: Computer Support
This course teaches the technical skills required to support end users who use Microsoft Windows and Office technologies. Specific skills range from installing and updating Windows to troubleshooting issues.
After successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to take Exam 70-680, Windows 7 Configuration.
CN1260: Client Operating Systems
This course covers the knowledge required to install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows technologies. In addition, the course covers topics like disaster recovery planning and performance analysis.
After successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to take Exam 70-685, Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician.
CN1276: Network Implementation and Support I (Active Directory)
This course focuses on installing, configuring, and implementing Active Directory Domain Services in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 environments.
After successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to take Exam 70-640, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory.
CN2140: Network Implementation and Support II (Infrastructure)
This course covers the skills required to install, configure, administer, and support the Microsoft Windows Server Operating System (OS) in a network environment.
After successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to take Exam 70-642, Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure.
CN2176: Network Implementation and Support III (Administration)
This course addresses the skills needed to administer and manage a modern Windows Server 2008 network, from planning and deployment to troubleshooting and support.
After successful completion of the course, students will be eligible to take Exam 70-646, Windows Server 2008 Administrator.
