Ask any parent about getting their kids ready to go back to school and they’ll tell you it can be a costly and time-consuming ordeal. In order to make the process easier, Remington College Cosmetology students, faculty, and staff hold an annual event called "Cuts for Kids" that offers complimentary haircuts for children 17 years of age or younger before the first two weeks of the new school year.To learn how you can become a Remington College Cosmetology student,Call or request information.

The career college provided complimentary back to school hair cuts at the thirteen Remington College campuses with cosmetology departments. The complimentary hair cut program is an annual event called Cuts for Kids.
Families are invited to bring in children under 17 years of age for a free hair cut during the two weeks prior to the start of the school year. A total of 3,312 hair cuts were provided – beating last year’s total by more than 1,000.
“The response to Cuts for Kids was again outstanding,” said Dr. Mike Lanouette, Vice President and Chief Academic Officer for Remington College. “Our cosmetology students look forward to this and love working with the kids.”
The Remington College Cosmetology program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training in “The Salon at Remington,” which allows students to work with real clients.
