  • Remington College - Dallas Campus Launches New Pastry Arts Program

    Diploma program to educate students in the pastry arts

    Remington College - Dallas Campus is serving up a new option for students through its Culinary Arts Program. The campus is now offering a new Pastry Arts Diploma Program that can be completed in as few as 9 months.(1) 

    Students in the Pastry Arts Diploma Program will have the opportunity to: 

    • Learn how to create and artfully present breads, cakes and pastries.
    • Gain hands-on experience in both labs and the school’s modern commercial kitchen.
    • Develop the skills to turn baking into a fun and challenging potential career.(2) 

    The Culinary Arts Degree Program is led by Executive Chef Robert Bifulco, who shares 40 years of restaurant experience with his students.

    “Our new pastry art program is a great option for someone interested in pursuing an entry-level career as a pastry chef or those who are looking to turn baking into something more than just a hobby.” said Bifulco.

    Classes focus on practical skills and hands-on experience and include: 

    • Introduction to Pastry Arts
    • Baking Methodology
    • Artisan Breads and Rolls
    • Cakes and Icing
    • Cookies and Tarts
    • Confectionary Art
    • Restaurant Desserts

    The Remington College Dallas Campus offers several degree and diploma programs, including Business Administration, Computer and Network Administration, Criminal Justice, Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing and Coding and Pharmacy Technician.
