Our Greenspoint college offers dedicated facilities for criminal justice students to learn and then apply their newfound skills: two classrooms, a crime lab and a courtroom. Our students study courses in corrections, crime scene analysis, evidence handling, security management, inmate control, and more.

Our Criminal Justice students also benefit from hands-on application. You will have the opportunity to practice fingerprint analysis or blood spatter detection in our crime lab or to participate in a mock trial in the courtroom.

Classes are administered by faculty with experience in the criminal justice field, such as former parole officers, assistant district attorneys, and probation officers.

We also regularly invite guest speakers from the local criminal justice community. Students can meet and learn from personnel who work in organizations like the Houston Fire Department, private guard service firms, and security officers.

As a Remington College criminal justice student, you may also have the chance to take field trips to local criminal justice facilities like city morgues, county jails, county courthouses and the local police department.
