On-Campus Student Life
Our students share a sense of belonging and camaraderie as they engage in learning and are often seen socializing or studying together during break time.

Everyone seems to know our Receptionist, Admissions Representatives, Career Services team members, Registrar, Librarian, and Student Finance staff, who keep in touch with students by phone and email and are available to speak with students and help them when they need it.

Support for specific Houston degree or diploma programs also includes:

• Prometric testing on Campus for our Computer and Network Administration degree program.
• Style shows and competitions that encourage our Cosmetology diploma students and faculty to network, get involved, and help others in the community.
• Our Campus designation as a testing site for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam, which our Medical Billing and Coding diploma students can choose to take.

Extracurricular Student Activities

Campus personnel, including new Campus President (former Director of Education) Bob Mauk, our Department Chairs, faculty, and staff often team with our Webster residents to get involved in helping our community.

Our Webster Campus hosts blood drives, bone marrow donation drives, health fairs, and job fairs throughout the year. We also sponsor annual campaigns like the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots drive and our own Remington College Adopt Our School and Cuts for Kids programs. These events get our students out into the community and bring the community into our Campus.

• Cosmetology, which offers you hands-on training in skin, hair, and nail care in a salon-like environment.
• Dental Assisting, in which you can learn several standard chairside procedures in a simulated clinic environment.
• Business Office Management, which enables you to understand how today's businesses run and learn the software, accounting, and management skills that can help make them run efficiently. 
• Medical Assisting, which lets you learn and practice techniques like CPR and blood pressure monitoring.
• Medical Assisting with X-Ray Tech (Limited Scope) & EKG, which can prepare you in the proper techniques for positioning patients and taking X-rays and EKGs.
• Medical Billing and Coding, in which you can get hands-on training in medical terminology and coding for medical billing and insurance purposes.
