Remington Colleges, Inc. welcomes Dr. Lauren Lawson in her dual role as Campus President and Dean of the Remington College of Nursing, in Lake Mary, Florida. Before joining the College of Nursing, Dr. Lawson was most recently a faculty member at the University of Tampa, where she taught in both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Prior to coming to Florida, she was employed by the Edward Hines, Jr., Hospital Department of Veterans Affairs in Chicago, holding various administrative roles leading up to the position of Associate Chief of Nursing Research Services and later, Chief of Nursing Services, a position she held for more than 12 years. Dr. Lawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Illinois. “On behalf of Remington College of Nursing, we are pleased to have Dr. Lawson on board.
