    Get on the Fast Track Toward a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing!

    Located in the sunshine state of Florida, Remington College of Nursing offers an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree for graduates of non-nursing degree programs. Our accelerated BSN program can be completed in as few as 12 months, and after completing this program you’ll be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse) examination to become a registered nurse.

    Remington Colleges, Inc. welcomes Dr. Lauren Lawson in her dual role as Campus President and Dean of the Remington College of Nursing, in Lake Mary, Florida.

    Before joining the College of Nursing, Dr. Lawson was most recently a faculty member at the University of Tampa, where she taught in both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.

    Prior to coming to Florida, she was employed by the Edward Hines, Jr., Hospital Department of Veterans Affairs in Chicago, holding various administrative roles leading up to the position of Associate Chief of Nursing Research Services and later, Chief of Nursing Services, a position she held for more than 12 years.

    Dr. Lawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Illinois.
