Our associate degree program emphasizes hands-on practice and real-world understanding through instruction provided by industry experienced professionals and guest speakers, regular field trips to local criminal justice organization and agencies, and practical lab work in our four dedicated labs.

Program Summary
The Criminal Justice Associate’s Degree Program provides training in components of the criminal justice system,  correctional systems, and security management. The curriculum also covers the basics of criminal law, crime scene processing, forensic science, law enforcement operations and ethics.
The objective of this Program is to prepare graduates for entry-level positions, such as corrections, loss prevention, and security.  This Program requires completion of a minimum of 92 credit hours, including any transfer credits that have been accepted. Program completion normally requires 18 months for full-time students.
