How You’ll Move Through Our Nashville Cosmetology School
Four classrooms, our fully equipped student salon, a nail room, a dispensary, and a laundry room are dedicated to our Nashville Cosmetology training program.
While enrolled, you’ll work with the latest equipment and professional product lines like BaByliss®, OPI®, Pevonia®, Matrix®, and Design Essentials®.
Our 12-month diploma program is divided into three main parts (or modules):(2)
- COS I covers the science of cosmetology; the foundations of hair, skin, and nails; and the basics of styling, shaping, and chemical treatments.
- COS II covers the practical application of essentials; braiding/wigs/extensions; hair removal; and make-up artistry.
- COS III covers practical application in the student salon; client consultations/soft skills/career development; and a review in preparation for your state board exam.
As you move through the program, you accumulate items for your very own Cosmetology kit. The kit includes more than $2,000 in equipment, and it’s yours to keep at no extra cost once you graduate!
