Privacy Practices
Remington College and its affiliated companies ("Remington" or "School") respect the importance of security and privacy for visitors to our website and recognize a commitment to protecting it. Therefore, Remington provides the following Online Privacy Policy ("Policy") to help inform and protect information that personally identifies you. This Policy outlines the way your information is collected online and how that information is used.

This Policy may be modified or amended from time to time; the date of the most recent revision will appear at the top and bottom of this page. By using one of Remington’s websites and providing us with personally identifiable information, you consent to our use of such information as described within this Policy.

Changes in Privacy Policy
All information that we collect and maintain will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. Remington may change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and will provide notice of changes in the Privacy Policy and on the home page of www.remingtoncollege.edu.

Types of Information We Collect:

a) Non-Personally Identifiable Information

In order to request additional information regarding one of Remington’s programs or services, you may be asked to voluntarily provide your name, address, phone number(s), Social Security Number ("SSN"), email address and any other identifier that permits us to contact an individual physically or online. Remington will NEVER ask for your SSN through our website. If you do experience someone requesting your SSN other than a qualified Admissions or Financial Aid representative please contact us using the information below.

You may always refuse to provide any or all of your Personally Identifiable Information if you choose to do so by not submitting it to Remington through one of our forms. This may lead to our inability to provide you with certain offerings, services or products. If you provide Personally Identifiable Information to Remington, you may later elect to have your information deleted by following the procedures outlined in the "Correcting Your Information" section of this policy.

How Remington Uses This Information
Remington collects various types of information from you to tailor site content to meet your needs and to provide you with a more relevant user experience. We reserve the right to maintain, update, disclose or otherwise use anonymous information, without limitation. The Non-Personally Identifiable Information that Remington collects is used for marketing and sales efforts to better target advertisements and other content. Children’s Privacy
Remington is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Remington is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not knowingly intend to collect Personally Identifiable Information from any child under 13 years of age.
