    Scholarships at Remington College in the Houston Market: Webster and Greenspoint, and the Dallas Market: Garland, and Fort Worth, Texas

    Remington College has four campuses in Texas, and each is known for giving back to the community through blood drives, Cuts for Kids (Free haircuts), prom night makeover, food and clothing donation drives, and job fairs.

    Not only do our four campuses give back to their local communities, they also focus on making the dream of attending college a reality for local Texans.

    The four Remington College Texas campuses all have one common goal: To help career-focused students earn an affordable, achievable college education.(2)

    The Remington College Academic Achievement Scholarship and New Career Success Scholarship programs were created to help achieve that goal.

    If you qualify for one or more of these scholarships, the financial aid they provide can be used to help pay the tuition cost of a majority of the degree and diploma programs offered in the Houston or Dallas/Fort Worth Texas areas.

    The academic programs in the Houston Market: Webster and Greenspoint and the Dallas/Fort Worth Market: Garland that participate in the Remington College Academic Achievement Scholarship program are:

    Texas Scholarship Requirements and Eligibility

    Below is a list of qualifications students need to satisfy in order to be eligible to receive either an Academic Achievement or New Career Success Scholarship.

    Academic Achievement Scholarship - To be eligible to receive this merit-based scholarship, an Applicant must:

    • Have graduated high school in 2008 or later.
    • Provide a high school transcript that reflects a cumulative high school Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
    • Be seeking first-time enrollment, as a new student, in an eligible program at Remington College - Houston Southeast, North Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth Campuses.
    • Successfully complete the Academic Achievement Scholarship Application and submit it to the Financial Aid Department at Remington College - Houston Southeast, North Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth Campuses.

    New Career Success Scholarship - To be eligible to receive this need-based scholarship, an Applicant must:

    • Have a total income as reflected on his/her Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) that is less than or equal to the Median Family Income in Texas. The Median Family Income is obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau's most recent published information.
    • Be seeking first-time enrollment, as a new student, in an eligible program at Remington College - Houston Southeast, North Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth Campuses.
    • Successfully complete the New Career Success Scholarship Application and submit it to the Financial Aid Department at Remington College - Houston Southeast, North Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth Campuses.
