    Dental Hygiene: The Path to a Brighter Future

    Learn the skills for this growing career field by completing Remington College’s associate’s degree program in Dental Hygiene.

    In as few as 24 months you can earn your degree and prepare to take the NBDHE Exam as well as any state or regional exams. Remington College covers the NBDHE exam costs, and although certain restrictions apply, this can save you over $1200 in fees.

  • Remington College School of Dental Hygiene Offers Half-off June Teeth Cleanings

    12 Months of Smiles campaign provides discounts on dental health services at Remington College-Nashville Campus


    Remington College-Nashville Campus is offering 50% off the cost of teeth cleanings during the month of June, as part of its “12 Months of Smiles” campaign.

    During June, the cost of teeth cleaning for adults is just $5 and the cost for children under 14 is $2.50. Initial patient registration is required, and costs just $1. Payments can be made by cash or credit card.

    “People can come in and have their teeth cleaned for less than the cost of lunch at many places,” said Larry Collins, Remington College-Nashville Campus President. “It’s an inexpensive way for people to take a preventive approach and practice good oral hygiene.”

    Under the supervision of Dental Hygiene faculty, students pursuing associate’s degrees in dental hygiene perform low-cost procedures for the public, including:

    • Oral prophylaxis (cleaning) and topical fluoride treatments
    • X-rays
    • Scaling and root planing
    • ToothPrint child identification impressions
    • Oral cancer screenings
    • Dental sealants

    The Remington College Dental Hygiene Program can be completed in as few as 24-months and in an accredited program designed to prepare students for careers as dental hygienists. Instructors have real world experience in the dental hygiene field and course offerings include Preclinical Dental Hygiene Practice, Oral and Dental Anatomy, Nutrition and Biochemistry and Oral Radiology.

    The clinic hours are:

    Mondays: 10:30 am-1:30 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm
    Tuesdays: 9:30 am-1:30 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm
    Wednesdays: 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
    Thursday: 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

    The school is on the Remington College-Nashville Campus, located at 441 Donelson Pike, Suite 150 in Nashville.
