We have had sheriffs, corrections officers and state troopers visit with our students; they share their insight and experiences in the criminal justice field and help students better understand how a criminal justice education can apply to the real world. We also schedule annual field trips to destinations such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Crime Lab and the Hillsborough County Jail.At the Remington College – Tampa Campus, you will be an active participant in your education. As you study courses in criminology, victimology, security, inmate control, criminal prosecution, forensics and crime scene analysis, evidence handling and much more; you will also practice fingerprint analysis and blood spatter detection in our crime scene lab, and participate in a mock trial to better understand criminal trials and prosecution.
The instructors for our Tampa Criminal Justice program bring experience in criminal justice fields to the classroom.
