A 160-hour externship at our facility in Tampa, Florida rounds out your training and gives you a great chance to see what working on-site as a dental assistant is all about.(2) Instructors Sabrina Scruggs-Tyrrell and Nancy Carlisle have more than 15 years of direct experience, and the campus is recognized as a Florida Expanded Functions and Dental Radiography training facility.
