    The curriculum for Remington College’s 12-month(2) Medical Assisting with X-Ray Tech (Limited Scope) and EKG Diploma Program provides training in both administrative and clinical medical assisting, as well as limited X-ray and EKG procedures.

    Our experienced instructors teach courses focusing on two areas of health care that are vital to understanding the inner-workings of the human body. Courses include Endocrine and Reproductive Systems, Radiographic Image Protocols, Introduction to Electrocardiography, and Therapeutic Care.

    Learn X-ray techniques such as radiation biology, protection, and image evaluation, as well as how to position the skull, face, pelvis and spine for the best imaging results. And in EKG training, learn skills focusing on grid, time and voltage measurement and how these relate to measuring the human heart.
