Since beginning in 1987 as a “Southeast College of Technology,” our Memphis Campus has enjoyed its share of growth, expansion, and change.
Yet over the years, some things haven’t changed: Our level of commitment to students, our involvement in the community, and our dedication to providing hands-on college degree and diploma programs. These factors help Remington College stand out and are some of the key reasons why Shelby county residents choose our Memphis career and trade college.
Remington College’s Culinary Management program provides hands-on experience working in an instructor-supervised kitchen, giving students the ability to practice preparing appetizers, sauces, entrées, and desserts. Our instructors use their culinary experience to guide you as you train to prepare, cook, and present your culinary creations. The lecture component of each course will be completed online to provide students with the opportunity to gain the background knowledge needed before practicing cooking techniques in a culinary lab on campus.
