MEMPHIS, Tenn. (July 18, 2018) ' The Memphis Police Department is partnering with nonprofit Remington College to recruit qualified applicants in three cities across the country.
Representatives from MPD will be at open houses on Remington College campuses in Memphis and Dallas on July 18 and at Houston Greenspoint campus on July 31.
Each open house will include an info session as well as assistance with the application process. Alumni of Remington College's Criminal Justice Program, current Criminal Justice students and the general public interested in pursuing a law enforcement career are invited to attend.
Recruits must meet basic education or employment requirements. Those who graduate with an associate degree from nationally accredited higher learning institutions such as Remington College are qualified.
The partnership between Remington College and the Memphis Police Department will help connect students and graduates with meaningful employment in the law enforcement field.1
Remington College Memphis Campus's open house will take place from 10 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 18. Remington College Memphis Campus is located at 2710 Nonconnah Blvd. in Memphis.
Remington College Dallas Campus's open house will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 18. Remington College Dallas Campus is located at 9451 Lyndon B. Johnson FWY, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75243.
Remington College Greenspoint Campus's open house will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 31. Remington College Greenspoint Campus is located at 11310 Greens Crossing, Suite 300, Houston.
