Join us at the Remington Campus for a holiday treat for the whole family. We will provide an assembled gingerbread house, decorating icing, and candy to decorate. All you need to do is bring yourself, your creativity and your playful spirit! When you’re done you’ll take your gingerbread house home with you; and you’ll have made memories to last for years! Participants will learn how to prepare authentic Indian fare using saffron and curry. Recipes for the day Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken), Baingan Bharta (Indian Eggplant), and Banana Modak (Indian donut holes) The experience will end in the cafe where participants can eat together.

9am to 1pm
This concept is based on the Spanish style of eating several different dishes in one sitting but on very small plates. Participants will learn how to prepare popular Spanish dishes and share with each other via the small plate. Recipes for the day include Ceviche, Paella, and Gazpacho. Everybody loves Sushi, but preparing it at home is a sought after skill. Participants will learn what ingredients are needed, different types of sushi, and will be able to take what they’ve prepared home to enjoy.
