Non-Profit Remington College leased 18,625 square feet at 5555 Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills. The landlord was represented by Kathy Permenter, Tanja McAleavey and Parker Morgan at Younger Partners. The tenant was represented by James Davis at NAI Robert Lynn.

“This is a great location for the college because of the large amounts of available parking and its location adjacent to the new TEXRail stop, as well as nearby new multifamily and retail developments,” Permenter says. “5555 Rufe Snow also has excellent access from Loop 820, making it very accessible.”

Remington College has been teaching technical skills in Fort Worth for over 30 years. The college opened its doors in 1990. Remington College Fort Worth Campus, a Non-Profit career college provides relevant, hands-on training for diploma and degree programs in a variety of fields that are expected to be in demand.  The college’s career-focused programs are offered in a hybrid format. The hybrid format allows students to take advantage of the convenience of online courses while still being able to meet face-to-face with their instructors and have interaction with classmates. Based on the program, some have hands-on labs at the 5555 Rufe Snow location in small groups. With this lease, the 47,759-square-foot 5555 Rufe Snow is 62 percent leased. Remaining spaces include a 6,630-square-foot endcamp with a drive-thru, as well as an additional 11,090 square feet of space.
